1. ELIGIBILITY
 
The contest/promotion is open to all persons over the age of 18 as of June 24, 2008.  Employees and immediate family members of Tan Factory employees and their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries and agents are not eligible. Only one entry per person is authorized.  Contestants entering more than once for the contest will be disqualified.
 
2. CONTEST PERIOD
 
The promotion begins on June 24, 2008. All submissions must be completed by July 10, 2008 at 12AM Pacific Standard Time. The winners will be revealed each day from June 27, 2008 to July 10, 2008. Online registration for the chance to win (1) one of the (14) fourteen unlimited tanning packages will end on July 10, 2008 at 12AM Pacific Standard Time. The winners will be notified each day of the promotion by phone or by checking www.tanfactoryfreedom.com.
 
3. ENTRY
 
To enter, fill out the online form at www.tanfactoryfreedom.com from June 24th, 2008 to July 9th, 2008. Entries that are incomplete or otherwise not in compliance with all official rules will be disqualified. Filling in the online form implies permission by the entrant to receive marketing communications from Tan Factory.
 
4. WINNERS SELECTION
 
Entries will be selected at random. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Tan Factory which are final.  If, in the discretion of Tan Factory that any contestant is thought to have been dishonest did not follow the rules outlined, Tan Factory reserves the right to disqualify the contestant.  Entrants do not need to be present to win.
 
5.  PRIZES
 
The (14) fourteen winners will win unlimited tanning at any Tan Factory location until December 31, 2008.  All liability for federal, state, local and other taxes imposed on prizes is the sole responsibility of the winners. Tan Factory reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash value and are non-transferable. No warranties are made with respect to prizes. Tan Factory reserves the right to add additional prizes.  
 
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; RIGHTS OF USE; MISCELLANEOUS
 
Tan Factory and all parties acting in concert with Tan Factory have all legal rights in the submitted entry, including but not limited to all trademark, copyright, patent or other intellectual property rights.  By entering this contest/promotion, the contestant authorizes the use of their photo to be used by Tan Factory or any other party acting in concert with Tan Factory and this promotion. Submission of an entry expressly gives Tan Factory and all parties acting in concert with Tan Factory the right to modify, edit, publish or otherwise change or exploit the images contained in the materials in any manner whatsoever.  Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winners permission to use their names, likeness, and to be photographed for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.  All entrants release Tan Factory and all parties acting in concert with Tan Factory and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and all other entities associated with the development and execution of this contest from any and all liability from injury, loss, or damage of any kind whatsoever resulting from participation in this promotion or in the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entries and all submitted material become the property of Tan Factory and will not be returned.     

All packages purchased between June 27, 2008 and July 10, 2008 expire on December 31, 2008. Offer not available with any other discounts or coupons.
